This report is particularly useful - and it's easy to read and understand!
It's a study carried out in 2007 to understand what young people think are the real dangers they face on the roads. It also gives lots of useful tips and hints about producing a successful road safety campaign for young people. Well worth reading.

Road Safety GB publishes a newsfeed about road safety campaigns across the UK. The news archive contains details of lots of campaigns for young drivers. You may get some ideas about how to do it (or how not to do it!) here: www.roadsafetygb.org.uk.
RoSPA - Younger Drivers at Work
